The Vincent Square by-election has now come to a close and while we didn’t get the result we were hoping for, we are still incredibly proud of the campaign we ran and the great team that made it happen. You can find the results here.
A huge thank you to everyone who knocked on doors, delivered leaflets, spoke to voters, ventured forth in the rain and gave their time, energy and passion to this campaign. From the long nights just after the general election to the final push on polling day; this has been a true team effort.
This isn’t the end. Not at all—we remain committed to our work to build a stronger Liberal Democrat presence in Westminster. We will listen, learn and aim to come back fighting even harder.
So please let us all take a moment to celebrate all the dedication and hard work of our fantastic volunteers. Without you we have no movement. You are the heart of this Party and none of this would have been possible without you. So - a huge THANK YOU to all who worked so hard for Luis’ campaign!
